I, the undersigned, understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, space assignment, or specific locations. Spaces are assigned at Somar's discretion and are non-transferable. Car owners are only guaranteed the space they sign up and pay for. Requests for additional space may be submitted, but they are subject to availability, approval, and additional fees. I agree to be present with my classic vehicle during the event hours on October 10, 2026. For public safety car show participants may not remove vehicle during event hours.
This event will take place rain or shine. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations or no-shows after acceptance.
Somar Entertainment, the City of Riverbank, Volunteers, and their officers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to participant property. Participants are responsible for keeping their area clean and free of debris. Participants may be charged a cleaning fee if necessary and may be excluded from future City events.
